One to one yoga sessions, where the practices are fully tailored to the individuals requirements and abilities, can;
Aimed at complete beginners, those returning to the practice after injury or anyone needing a routine tailored specifically to them.
Based on the fundamental principles of Hatha yoga, and incorporating numerous movement disciplines, the sessions are uniquely fitted to the individual, addressing existing habits of movement in order to feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
With years of experience, training and qualifications in multiple disciplines, Becky can create bespoke exercises for each requirement.
