Why do Yoga?

Many people just want to relax and reduce stress, others want a core workout, some are looking for pain management, to find balance and harmony or just a sense of overall well-being. For most it is a combination of these.

One to one yoga sessions, where the practices are fully tailored to the individuals requirements and abilities, can;

  • help develop strength, flexibility and stability

  • aid detoxing
  • help develop a greater sense of physical awareness
